Job Description What is the opportunity? Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) is recruiting a Senior Learning Enablement Lead to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs and LMS tools to ensure employee knowledge in processes, policies, and technologies across CB Operations. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders including OPO partners, and CBO leadership teams to develop modular curricula, create evaluation mechanisms, and optimize training delivery through feedback-driven improvements. What will you do? Own the development of curricula and courses in the Commercial Banking Operations space that support business growth and continuity Review and ensure quality and consistency across all training deliverables including content, visuals, and functionality before publishing Lead partner communication as the primary point of contact throughout course builds, handling updates, decisions, and feedback loops Coordinate across teams to align course development with broader business objectives, content strategy, and technical requirements Identify opportunities to improve processes through the adoption of latest technologies, including AI and automation Contribute to internal planning to identify which courses need to be developed for the network Facilitate training on complex processes, acting as a subject matter expert to enhance employee understanding and performance Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to address recurring errors, service/risk gaps, and process efficiency enhancements Engage in cross-skilling and training activities that support continuous learning and innovation In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide What do you need to succeed? Must-have Experience in instructional design, training development, or learning enablement Strong communication and presentation skills Expertise in curriculum development and adult learning theory Detail-oriented approach to content and training delivery Experience with training technologies and instructional design tools Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage tight deadlines Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and innovation Nice to Have: Experience with AI and automation in learning technologies Knowledge of Commercial Banking Operations Experience with training assessment and evaluation tools What's in it for you?
