The Opportunity.

At Isaac Operations, our Campus Program is one of the most important ways we identify and develop future talent. We’re looking for a Sr Campus Attraction Coordinator to help us grow and evolve how we connect with students across Canada and the US.

This role is focused on building awareness, driving engagement, and generating a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates through creative, data-informed campus attraction strategies. You’ll help bring our employer brand to life across digital channels and in-person experiences, while partnering closely with universities, student groups, and internal stakeholders to execute an exceptional campus recruitment strategy.

What You’ll Do.

  • Support and execute campus attraction strategies across Canadian and US target schools

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with career centres, student organizations, and campus partners

  • Coordinate and execute campus events including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other creative engagement initiatives

  • Develop and execute innovative ways to connect with students beyond traditional campus recruitment tactics

  • Support the creation and optimization of job postings, recruitment marketing materials, and digital campaigns

  • Analyze recruitment and engagement data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve pipeline generation

  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between attraction efforts and hiring needs

  • Travel to campuses across Canada and the US to support recruitment initiatives and events

  • Help ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the attraction stage

Qualifications

What You Bring.

  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field

  • Experience supporting recruitment efforts in both Canada and the US

  • Strong understanding of campus recruitment strategies and student engagement tactics

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working with recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and finding innovative ways to connect with talent

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for campus events and recruitment activities

Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
