We have a community of approximately 40 HRBPs reporting to one of nine HR Client Service Directors serving the diverse departments of the Nova Scotia Government. Our HRBPs are supported by experts in areas such as employee relations; classification; organizational development; recruitment; absence management; compensation; and equity, diversity, and inclusion to deliver programs and services to clients.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="">Reporting to the HR Client Service Director, this strategic consulting role is part of a client account management team. It focuses on building strong client partnerships, working collaboratively and leveraging relationships with subject matter experts across the Public Service Commission while keeping a focus on the potential system-wide impacts and implications of all decisions.
