Role Description The Organizational Change Manager is a full-time, remote position. This position is responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring change initiatives across client organizations, ensuring that new processes, systems, and structures are adopted effectively. Day-to-day tasks include assessing change impacts, developing change strategies and plans, creating communication and training materials, and facilitating workshops or meetings with stakeholders at various levels. The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate with consulting teams to align change activities with business process improvements, track readiness and adoption metrics, and address risks and resistance proactively. The role also involves supporting leaders in their change sponsorship responsibilities and coaching teams through transitions to new ways of working.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding to assess current practices, identify gaps, and support process redesign. Candidates should possess Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, advisory skills, and the ability to translate complex change requirements into actionable plans. Candidates should possess Training and Communication skills to design and deliver training programs, craft clear messages, and facilitate effective knowledge transfer. Candidates should possess abilities in change management frameworks, organizational development, and project coordination to support structured implementation of change initiatives. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development, or a related field are preferred. Experience in managing organizational change within consulting or corporate environments, and familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is an asset. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
