Designs, develops, and manages learning programs to build capability, drive performance outcomes, and support strategic priorities. Ensures consistent execution of program components, including change management, communication, and sustainment strategies. Collaborates with stakeholders to influence adoption of learning solutions and ensure alignment. Program Design & Management Designs, develops, and manages learning and performance-focused programs (including needs assessment, learning strategy, design, and delivery approach). Supports measurable sustainment strategies and prioritizes enhancements based on stakeholder input and program performance. Works across multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, and quality expectations. Assists in facilitation and delivery of learning programs for leaders and employees. Analytics & Reporting Analyzes learning data and program performance to generate insights and recommendations. Monitors and tracks key program metrics, identifying and addressing issues proactively. Supports reporting and measurement practices to demonstrate impact and inform continuous improvement. Communication & Engagement Supports development and execution of communication strategies to drive engagement and program adoption. Develops and delivers clear, tailored messaging for diverse stakeholder groups. Ensures alignment of communications with broader business and enterprise priorities. Execution & Risk Management Executes learning programs and initiatives with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates program risks, escalating issues as appropriate. Applies risk management practices and adheres to policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements in all activities. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures stakeholder alignment and supports collaboration across teams. Participates in vendor management activities, including monitoring performance, service levels, and costs. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Monitors industry trends and emerging practices to enhance learning programs. Identifies opportunities to improve program effectiveness, efficiency, and learner experience. Applies analytical thinking and creativity to solve problems and evolve learning solutions. Qualifications & Skills 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in learning design (Articulate, Storyboard, PowerPoint), development, and facilitation. Strong program management and execution skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and support decision-making through data-driven insights. Salary: $56,000.00 - $103,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
