The Operations Compliance Manager will play a key role in strengthening operational quality, risk management, and compliance practices across learning and assessment activities.
This role focuses on ensuring teams follow effective control frameworks, improving processes, and supporting consistent service delivery across multiple regions.
You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and operational stakeholders to identify risks, implement improvements, and maintain high standards.

Accountabilities
As Operations Compliance Manager, you will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality standards, operational controls, and compliance practices. You will work across teams and geographies to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure operational excellence.
Manage quality assurance activities across learning and assessment operations within assigned regions, ensuring reviews are documented and improvement actions are effectively implemented. Conduct compliance assessments, evaluate operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address identified gaps. Advise operational teams and partners on risk controls, standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Support incident investigations, coordinate responses, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are identified and tracked. Develop reports, analysis, and summaries highlighting compliance risks, trends, and recommendations for key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement policy updates, operational improvements, and control requirements. Support risk management activities by monitoring control effectiveness and ensuring teams operate within agreed risk frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve governance processes, operational efficiency, and compliance systems through practical enhancements. Promote a culture of accountability and audit readiness by delivering guidance, coaching, and training on compliance-related topics. Ensure safeguarding standards, safe recruitment practices, and third-party compliance requirements are maintained across relevant operations. Represent the organization in partner discussions, industry groups, and stakeholder forums related to quality, compliance, and operational integrity.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings experience in operational compliance, auditing, risk management, or quality assurance, with the ability to influence stakeholders and improve processes across geographically distributed teams.
Experience conducting audits, investigations, or compliance reviews within an operational, regulatory, or service delivery environment. Strong understanding of risk controls, standard operating procedures, assurance frameworks, and compliance processes. Experience supporting or managing geographically distributed teams across regions or large operational areas. Demonstrated ability to implement business assurance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies within complex organizations. Experience working with operational frameworks related to learning, education, examinations, or assessment delivery is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, investigate issues, and recommend practical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear reports and communicate complex compliance topics. Degree in Compliance, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Training or professional qualifications in safeguarding, compliance, quality management, or operational policy are considered an asset. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a global, fast-changing environment. Willingness to travel regularly within assigned regions and occasionally work evenings or weekends when required.
