  • Lead and support a high-performing People & Culture team focused on delivering business value and exceptional employee experiences.

  • Strengthen organizational capability through leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, talent management, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Work with leaders to understand workforce risks, capability gaps, and emerging talent needs, and help turn insights into practical plans.

  • Advance workforce planning and talent analytics to support thoughtful, data-informed decision-making.

  • Champion a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, innovation, integrity, inclusion, and adaptability.

  • Lead change initiatives in a way that supports organizational agility, employee adoption, and long-term performance.

  • Provide trusted advice to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Human Resources & Governance Committee on people-related priorities, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • A track record of developing and delivering people strategies that support organizational goals and meaningful employee experiences.

  • Experience leading organizational transformation, culture change, workforce planning, talent management, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Experience advising executive teams and Boards or Board committees on people-related matters.

  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to translate strategy into practical action.

  • A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to build trust, influence across an organization, and lead successfully through complexity and change.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • CPHR designation and/or graduate-level education would be considered an asset.
