This role focuses on supporting the staffing and recruitment needs of our clients across Nunavut, including government departments, Inuit organizations, municipalities, and other partners. As a key consultant, you will lead full-cycle recruitment and staffing initiatives while helping clients strengthen their teams through strategic, people-centered recruitment solutions.</p><p>This role goes beyond traditional recruitment administration. You will develop targeted recruitment strategies, guide client managers through staffing and selection processes, and provide strategic advice on workforce planning, recruitment challenges, and HR best practices.
