The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive leadership development program that strengthens organizational capability at all levels. This role leads the creation of a leadership development program in alignment with the organizational leadership strategy, designs & executes a high-potential (HiPo) talent program, and other initiatives that build a strong, future-ready leadership pipeline. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on program execution and thrives in a fast-evolving, transformational environment.

Your Mission:

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide leadership development program aligned with organizational leadership strategy and transformation goals incorporating workshops, coaching, assessments, and experiential learning
• Build tiered learning journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
• Evaluate and manage external partners, coaches, and facilitators as needed
• Create a structured HiPo development program including assessments, stretch assignments, mentoring, and succession planning integration
• Equip leaders with the mindset and skills required to lead through transformation.
• Use analytics, feedback, and evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership to ensure development initiatives support strategic priorities.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners & OD partners to integrate leadership development into performance management, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Build communication plans that drive awareness, participation, and engagement.
• Facilitate leadership programs and workshops that equip leaders with the capabilities, mindset, and tools required to successfully lead teams through change and transformation.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field;

Experience:

• 5–8+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership programs in a complex or transformational environment.

Skills:

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with leadership assessments (e.g., 360s, personality tools, strengths assessments).
• Ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable development solutions.
• Change Management certification is an asset
• 2+ years of people leadership experience required

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
