The Role of Inside Sales Manager This role will give you the opportunity to develop and nurture a team of both tenured and new inside sales consultants. Working with the inside sales team and senior management, you’ll manage, motivate and coach the team in booking sales opportunities for our field sales team.

With the ability to assist the team in CRM and data management, and a passion for campaigns to boost performance, you’ll help take this team to the next level. We’re looking for someone who can drive and inspire sales activity and performance, remain approachable and supportive to develop a successful inside sales team. This is an existing vacancy. This is an on-site role.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities Manage a team of 25 outbound inside sales reps. Manage and motivate the team pro-actively driving performance on a weekly, daily, hourly basis Be active & vocal on the sales floor and paying close attention to daily sales activities Provide coaching and support for team members to enhance sales performance Conduct regular 1-2-1’s to review and discuss performance with team members Regularly review the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data and campaigns are optimized to drive performance Utilize the CRM to drive reports and dashboards to review performance Manage lead flow to ensure all leads are managed pro-actively within agreed timescales Be a strong presence on the sales floor, managing and motivating at all times Identify training issues and work with our internal sales trainer & QA to address them

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the department and the overall business objectives of the organization.

Education/Experience 2 plus years’ experience in managing a sales team, with prior experience in a sales role, either face to face or over the phone sales. Be a confident communicator and able to bring your personality to the floor. This role is all about creating an office ‘buzz’. Be ambitious and be driven by your teams success. Have the resilience and confidence to learn from your peers and apply that in your daily management. You'll have the ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.

What’s In It for You? Let’s start with the money … you’ll of course get a base salary of $75,000 with an opportunity to grow as the business grows. Realistic first year earnings are $100,000 OTE with our bonus scheme for Inside Sales Managers. And of course, a clear development plan, that will support you with continuous training and coaching.
