Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. MS Office. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
