Clinical Network Coordinator (Bilingual)

Job Title: Clinical Network Coordinator
Language: Bilingual (English and French)
Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 annually (pro-rated for part-time)
Location: Canada (remote—confidential home office space required)
Position: Part-time (20 hours/minimum four days per week) to full-time
Hours of Work: Weekdays (M-F shifts during the workinghours of 6 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MT) and occasional statutory holiday coverage required

Arcora is looking for an organized, relationship-focused Clinical Network Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing management of our nationwide professional provider network. If you enjoy building relationships, managing detailed processes and creating structure in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Recruiting, vetting and onboarding professionals (primary responsibility)
Recruiting Recruit professionals in areas of need across Canada Assist with recruiting a professional associated with an open case file (non-matched recruitment) as requested by Clinical Coordinators Identify network status (Base or Affiliate) Vetting Vet applicants against Arcora Network requirements and areas of need Assess qualifications in comparison with existing network professionals Determine whether to accept and proceed with onboarding, waitlist or decline application Onboarding Conduct short interviews with each professional for additional vetting and relationship building Enter profiles into internal database, e-Tera Add list of new network professionals to monthly Clinical team meeting agenda Use technology supports as required to manage network applications and establish professional pay rates Management of existing network Maintain and regularly update counsellor profiles in e-Tera, including activity status and necessary annual proof of practice documents Evaluate and manage network professionals based on impact scores, complaints, availability, pay rates and other relevant factors to maximize efficiency (e.g. leveraging professionals cross-provincially and updating profiles with any jurisdictional governance changes) Manage rate review requests from professionals by reviewing their profile and recent case files, providing feedback and adjusting rates as appropriate Administrative support Create recruitment advertisements through membership directories, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms Complete monthly certificate validations Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Clinical team and provider network Intake for business supports & specialized services Facilitate access to services by matching online business support and EAP intake requests with appropriate specialized service providers
What you bring A certificate, diploma or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or a health/education-related discipline Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in both languages Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and database technology, and the technical proficiency to quickly learn and adapt to new systems Experience with recruitment, training and onboarding is an asset Experience working in an Employee Assistance Program environment is an asset
