Role Summary
PTW is seeking an Onboarding Administrator to join our team in Rocky View County, AB. This role provides administrative support across onboarding, payroll coordination, employee programs, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. This role will provide support Monday through Friday during the hours of 7am to 4pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm at our office on Frontier Road. This will be an in office position and is not accessible via public transport.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee changes, and payroll-related activities Manage pre-employment onboarding and ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation Respond to candidate and employee inquiries via phone and email Track and maintain tuition reimbursement and referral reimbursement programs Book and monitor drug and alcohol testing requirements Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth employee processes Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as required
Qualifications / Requirements
3+ years of administrative experience in HR and/or Recruitment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proactive approach to problem solving Strong communication and interpersonal skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Rocky View County office location
