We’re hiring: Business Development Manager — Industrial & Oilfield Staffing (Remote / Field-Based) Petroteck Resources Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help us build the next stage of our company. We are a lean, focused operation. We don’t sit in an office all day—we are out in the field and in front of clients. If you are a self-starter who prefers the freedom of a remote/field-based role over an office cubicle, this is for you. We provide skilled manpower and contract staffing for oilfield, industrial, construction, civil, remediation, and emergency-response projects across Western Canada. What we’re looking for: • Experience: Sales or business development in Alberta/Western Canadian oilfield, industrial, or construction sectors. • Independence: This is a remote role. You must be disciplined, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline without someone looking over your shoulder. • Relationships: You enjoy getting in front of clients, visiting sites, and turning handshakes into long-term partnerships. • Results: You are comfortable with a commission structure tied to the profit of the accounts you bring in. What we offer: • Competitive base salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year • Uncapped commission on collected gross profit from your accounts. • Flexible, remote-work environment—no daily commute to an office. • Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement, phone, and client-expense coverage.
