We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our growth through recruitment and the development and administration of our people practices. As our HR Generalist you will play a key role in keeping our teams staffed, supported, and set up to succeed across all of our projects located throughout the East Kootenays. From onboarding new hires to keeping systems organized and people taken care of, your work directly impacts how well our business executes.

You Are:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in administration, Human Resources or Recruiting. Construction or industrial experience is an asset.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Outgoing with a positive mind set.
• You communicate clearly and follow through. People trust you to get things done.
• Confident in your computer skills from apps, HRIS, spreadsheets and more.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
