Transformation Delivery Consultant As a Transformation Delivery Consultant within the People Function at Thomson Reuters, you will help turn complex priorities into practical, measurable solutions. You will bring structure to ambiguity, consult with HR teams and leaders, and deliver transformation initiatives that improves how work gets done across the enterprise. This role focuses on three areas: Project Management, Change Management, and Process Optimization, with a strong emphasis on consultation, human-centered problem solving, automation, AI, and agent-enabled solutions that simplify work, reduce manual effort, and improve quality, and support adoption. About the Role In this opportunity as a Transformation Delivery Consultant, your key responsibilities will be: Project Management Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives with structured sprints, milestone governance, RAIDQ management, risk escalation, and stakeholder alignment. Consult with leaders and project teams to clarify objectives, define scope, evaluate options, surface risks, and make informed delivery decisions. Use data, feedback, and stakeholder input to test assumptions, adapt delivery plans, and identify opportunities to simplify work through automation, AI, or agent-enabled solutions. Change Management Drive adoption of transformation decisions by understanding stakeholder impacts, building trust, and helping sustain behavior change beyond engagement close. Consult with teams to anticipate adoption barriers, listen for resistance and underlying concerns, build alignment, and reinforce new ways of working. Apply change frameworks, stakeholder readiness, communications, practical enablement, and documented ownership handoff to support lasting behavior change, including adoption of automation, AI, and agent-enabled workflows. Process Optimization Redesign end-to-end People processes using Lean Six Sigma methods, human-centered design principles, and stakeholder insight to improve efficiency, quality, and automation readiness. Consult with stakeholders with curiosity and structured inquiry to diagnose current-state challenges, identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and shape future-state solutions. Apply as-is mapping, gap analysis, to-be design, ROI quantification, and automation readiness assessment to translate process opportunities into clear requirements, solution concepts, adoption considerations, and success measures. About You You're a fit for the role of Transformation Delivery Consultant if your background includes: Relevant experience: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Technology, Operations, transformation delivery, consulting, process improvement, or related field. Transformation delivery and project management: Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives with structured delivery, sprint planning, milestones, governance, RAIDQ management, and stakeholder accountability. Agile and adaptive delivery mindset: Ability to break complex problems into manageable work, test solutions with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and adjust plans as new information emerges. Curiosity and problem discovery: Ability to challenge assumptions constructively, diagnose root causes, and identify the real problem to solve before moving to solution design. Consulting and stakeholder influence: Ability to clarify ambiguous needs, surface risks and trade-offs, influence without authority, and recommend practical solutions. Change management and adoption: Experience supporting stakeholder readiness, resistance management, communications, training, sustainment, and ownership transition. Process optimization: Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, gap analysis, future-state design, ROI quantification, and measurable efficiency improvement. Automation, AI, and technology partnership: Comfort identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or augment workflows using approved digital tools, AI capabilities, and agent-enabled solutions; able to translate business needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes. Global collaboration: Ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, and time zones in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The base compensation range varies across locations. For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $108,000 CAD - $158,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
