More specifically, you will be required to: Lead engaging training sessions across multiple Property & Casualty broker insurance tams, including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Surety and Claims. Adapt content to meet diverse learning styles and participant needs. Facilitate discussions and activities that spark collaboration and deepen understanding. Measure impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design tailored solutions. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices. Conduct annual maintenance on existing courses based on learner feedback or changes to organizational guidelines or process Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery. Build strong connections and establish credibility with learners. What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or in a related field A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a Training facilitator or similar role Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients Advanced intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) Action oriented, Business insight, Collaborates, Communicates effectively, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning
