Sales Lead Agent (Part-Time)

We'd love to hear from you. CENTUM Financial Group is currently seeking a Sales Lead Agent to join our CENTUM Recruitment Team.
Location Candidates residing in the Greater Vancouver Area or Winnipeg are preferred.
Position Details Job Type: Part-Time Hours: Approximately 15 - 20 hours per week Compensation: $19.00 per hour Engagement: Regular team meetings, training sessions, and virtual collaboration are scheduled throughout the week.
About the Role As a Sales Lead Agent, you will play a key role in expanding the CENTUM network across Canada. You'll identify, engage, and build relationships with mortgage professionals interested in joining one of Canada's most established mortgage networks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, relationship building, and helping grow a national organization while developing valuable sales experience.
Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and manage prospective mortgage professionals throughout the recruitment process. Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls. Generate professional email and text communications. Maintain accurate records and update lead activity within the CRM. Support ongoing recruitment and brand expansion initiatives. Build strong relationships while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborate with the CENTUM Recruitment Team to achieve recruitment goals.
Qualifications Previous sales experience is required. Experience in customer service, recruitment, sales coordination, or administrative support is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills are considered an asset. Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred. Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
