As a Junior Technology Recruiter, you are the future of our growing team. We don't just look for experience; we look for potential. If you are collaborative and passionate about people, we will provide you with the tools and mentorship needed to champion the top 10% of tech talent in Toronto.
Enjoy the flexibility of a modern workplace. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work where you're most productive. To ensure you feel supported and connected, we provide comprehensive in-person training at our downtown Toronto office for your first few months, followed by bi-weekly team days to maintain our strong collaborative culture. Your growth is our investment. We provide full training from day one—no prior experience required. All you need to bring is your natural curiosity, resilience, and a desire to communicate effectively. We'll handle the rest, helping you turn your determination into a rewarding career.
How You Will Grow and Contribute: You will be the face of our company to candidates, and brand ambassadors for our clients Make connections and build genuine relationships with the top technology talent in Toronto by using relationship-based selling techniques Use active listening and influencing skills to understand the motivations of candidates and match them with the needs of our clients Build your personal brand and the reputation of our company with the top technology talent in Toronto through social media marketing and engagement strategies Use cutting edge technology to research and understand the Toronto technology ecosystem and trends, identify opportunities to drive and deliver on our business strategy With your manager, create and execute a custom development plan that improves your technical and soft skills Live our company values of integrity and transparency in everything you do
