Role Overview We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Analytics Recruiter to support hiring across our Analytics and Consulting practices in the U.S. This is a senior, individual contributor role focused on end-to-end recruitment for mid to executive-level hiring, where stakeholder influence, market insight, and strong closing ability are critical.

We’re specifically looking for someone who has recruited within a consulting environment (Big 4, strategy, analytics, or tech consulting firms) and understands how to evaluate and attract high-caliber consulting talent. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on fast-paced, high-impact hiring for technical and consulting roles across Fractal. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to fill a variety of mid to senior level positions, often under tight timelines and in competitive vendor environments.

What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for analytics, data, and consulting roles (Manager to Executive levels) Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, not just execute Build strong pipelines of analytics + consulting talent across domains (AI, Data Science, Business Consulting, etc.) Drive proactive sourcing and executive-level engagement, not just inbound recruitment Act as a market advisor—bringing insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitor landscape Manage multiple high-priority searches with a focus on quality of hire over volume Ensure a strong candidate experience, especially for senior and niche talent

What We’re Looking For 6–10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on analytics, data, or consulting roles Experience with Workday is preferred, although familiarity with any comparable Applicant Tracking System is also acceptable. Experience negotiating wage and salary rates with candidates across all levels Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status Clear understanding of benefits, compensation, U.S. Visa/employment types, and terms like W2, U.S. Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT, etc. Must be well-versed in the use of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms Background recruiting for consulting firms (highly preferred)—understanding of consulting talent profiles is key Experience hiring for mid to senior / leadership roles (not just junior throughput hiring) Strong corporate recruiting experience (in-house or embedded), ideally partnered with senior business leaders Proven ability to source and close passive, high-quality candidates Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment with minimal oversight Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
