Permanent Salary & Bonus potential $53,000-$55,000/year Bonus: $0-$5,500/year (approximate range on top of the base salary)
Responsibilities Execute outbound recruiting across the whole region (Winnipeg (primary), Saskatoon & Vancouver areas) to match talent on unfilled and under dispatched temporary Manufacturing & Logistics orders Contact dispatched talent to review next steps, gain confirmation of job acceptance and set the start dates Attract active talent and execute local sourcing activities to increase top of the funnel activity and build talent supply Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities and current employees to solicit referrals Search talent databases, professional and social networks and resume sites to find potential talent Execute and promote the app talent referral program Collaborate closely with the talent centre and app teams Monitor talent moving through onboarding to ensure proper supply to fulfill order demand Utilize the Randstad app to fill temp orders and make the right match for all temp orders Monitor for arrivals not confirmed, call offs, and assignments ending soon Coordinate site orientations for talent Prioritize the re-deployment of temporary workers coming off payroll to new assignments Provide feedback to the sales team about market trends & leads
Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of working experience (Staffing/ Recruiter a strong asset, Dispatch type work within a Transportation/Logistics environment OR high volume customer service type environments) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past Technical competency and the ability to connect with others Track record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environment Proven ability to balance rapidly changing requirements gracefully and deliver results Experience and quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, self drive and the desire to do an exceptional job Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
