Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support organizational transformation initiatives by helping leaders, teams, and stakeholders successfully adopt and sustain change. This role requires expertise in organizational change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of business and technology changes. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise, consultative advice, guidance, and coaching to build knowledge and expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Enhance leadership and team capabilities to understand how change impacts people, why resistance occurs, and how to support individuals throughout the transition process. Act as an active and visible coach to support leaders, partners, and stakeholders in their roles as change champions. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, process improvement specialists, change consultants, and leadership teams to integrate change management practices across all organizational levels. Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and frameworks. Lead communication activities, including development of communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, training plans, and resistance management approaches throughout project lifecycles. Identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders through targeted stakeholder engagement strategies. Align change management activities with stakeholder groups to remove barriers, support adoption, and contribute to successful implementation. Ensure stakeholders remain actively engaged, consulted, and informed throughout the change journey. Clearly articulate the purpose and benefits of change to impacted audiences. Build consensus among stakeholders regarding business and organizational changes. Identify people-related risks, points of resistance, and develop mitigation strategies. Design and conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders. Develop and administer measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency. Establish approaches to sustain change benefits through knowledge transfer, performance management, continuous improvement, and related practices. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Experience and knowledge of organizational change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies, and tools. Experience developing training, communication, and change management strategies and plans. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working across leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders. Strong conflict management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Understanding of project management fundamentals and project lifecycle management. Excellent active listening skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong presentation and group facilitation skills. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience identifying and assessing change impacts to business processes and technology solutions. Experience leading medium to large transformational change initiatives. Experience applying structured change management methodologies across multiple initiatives. Experience identifying key stakeholders and assessing organizational impacts. Experience developing communication, coaching, training, sponsorship, and resistance management plans. Experience defining success metrics and monitoring adoption, utilization, and proficiency. Experience managing end-to-end change management processes and applying change management principles. Experience coordinating with communications specialists, training specialists, and human resources professionals during implementation. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment toward common goals. Experience supporting large-scale projects with diverse stakeholder groups. Experience creating communication plans, training plans, and associated change management tools. Ability to work onsite five (5) days per week.
