Raise is currently hiring a Change Management Professional Level 3 on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of the largest electrical energy suppliers in Canada

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

The Change Management Professional Level 3 is responsible for leading organizational change management activities for enterprise-wide, strategic, high-risk, and high-impact initiatives. This role provides expert guidance on change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to ensure successful adoption of complex business and technology transformations. Working collaboratively with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive organizational readiness while building long-term change leadership capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Change Leadership

Lead organizational change management for large-scale, strategic, multi-year transformation initiatives. Develop enterprise change strategies that support complex business, process, and technology changes. Conduct current-state and future-state assessments to identify organizational impacts and readiness. Provide expert advice on change management methodologies, best practices, and governance. Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple business units and leadership levels. Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders. Design and deliver communication plans that support organizational awareness, engagement, and adoption. Analyze stakeholder feedback and adjust change strategies to address organizational risks and resistance. Facilitate executive presentations, workshops, and leadership discussions.

Training & Organizational Readiness

Lead the development and delivery of training strategies and organizational readiness activities. Oversee instructional design and development of learning materials for enterprise initiatives. Support leaders in driving employee adoption through coaching and change leadership practices. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. Develop sustainment strategies to ensure long-term adoption of organizational changes.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Monitor change adoption through metrics, stakeholder assessments, and progress reporting. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools. Identify organizational risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Mentor and coach internal teams while promoting organizational change management best practices. Contribute to developing organizational change management standards, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of organizational change management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives. PROSCI Certification is required. Extensive experience managing organizational change in large, complex environments. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage competing stakeholder interests. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. NICE TO HAVE (Assets) CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) designation. Experience providing internal or external consulting services within public or private sector organizations. Experience working in unionized environments. Project Management experience or certification. Advanced instructional design software skills. Certificate or diploma in Instructional Design or Adult Education. Experience with distribution control systems is considered an asset. Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and leadership development skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Advanced English communication skills suitable for a professional environment. Additional Information

Local resources will typically work 1 day in the office and other days remotely (subject to change at clients discretion). Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment. Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network.
