About the role

Senior Talent Management Advisor Location: Calgary Work Model: TBD Duration: Until July 30, 2027

Pay rate is CAD 80/hr – 100/hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Management Programs: • Design, develop, and implement enterprise talent programs (succession planning, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, leadership development, early career programs) • Support survey/listening strategies and talent assessments • Ensure programs are practical, scalable, and aligned to business goals Stakeholder Partnership: • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to deploy and enhance TM programs • Engage senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders for program success • Provide consulting, guidance, and coaching to HR teams and leaders Data, Insights & Reporting: • Analyze talent data and metrics to generate insights (e.g., leadership pipeline) • Provide progress updates and reports to leadership • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Change Management & Delivery: • Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis • Deliver communications, training, and adoption strategies • Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale talent initiatives Technology & Process Improvement: • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for automation and tracking • Improve efficiency and scalability of TM processes • Ensure alignment with corporate TM standards and methodologies Program Governance & Continuous Improvement: • Monitor risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across initiatives • Evaluate program effectiveness and sustainability • Contribute to TM best practices and community of practice REQUIREMENTS: • 15+ years of experience in Talent Management / HR Programs • University degree in a relevant discipline (mandatory) • Strong experience managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives • Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery • Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
