Job Title: Technical Sales Representative Location: Toronto, ON Job Type: Full-time, In Person Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year + Commission ($30,000–$50,000 annually) About the Role Dawn is looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto. You'll be responsible for demonstrating our recruiting software to prospective clients, building relationships, and helping businesses understand how Dawn can streamline their hiring process. Responsibilities Conduct live demos of Dawn's recruiting software. Follow up with qualified leads provided by the company. Build strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand customer needs and present tailored software solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets. Requirements Previous experience in sales, SaaS sales, or customer-facing roles is an asset. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable demonstrating software to clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work in person in Toronto. What We Offer Competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year. Commission potential of $30,000–$50,000 per year.
