This is a critical leadership role based in Surrey, BC, designed for a professional who enjoys a mix of strategic partnership and hands-on operational support.
The successful candidate will act as a primary business partner for the aggregate and construction divisions, ensuring that people strategies align with large scale production goals. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from high level talent management and succession planning to day to day labor relations and performance coaching.
Key Responsibilities

Strong leadership skills with experience in organizational development and effectiveness. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with an understanding of complex organizational dynamics. Compliance with safety standards, including being clean shaven for respirator fit testing when required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranging from 115,000 to 135,000 dollars per year. Performance bonus potential reaching up to 36 percent of base pay. Comprehensive medical and dental coverage for employees and dependents. Robust pension plan and access to voluntary savings programs like RRSP and TFSA. Support for mental health and well being through family assistance programs. Professional development opportunities, including tuition assistance and career growth pathways. Financial support for new parents and service recognition programs.
Please note that this role requires a pre employment background check, including criminal record verification and drug and alcohol testing.
If you are a builder at heart who thrives in a collaborative, safety first environment, I would like to discuss this opportunity with you. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
