Position Title: People & Culture Business Partner
Reports To: Director, People & Culture

Position Overview:
The People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction of the People & Culture function within the organization. This position is responsible for leading the development, planning, implementation, and administration of comprehensive People & Culture initiatives that drive sustainable growth and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. The People & Culture will ensure alignment with Pitbull’s Core Values while addressing current and future talent needs, fostering employee engagement, and supporting leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with operational leadership to define and execute People & Culture strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform talent management and development strategies.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Reinforce adherence to performance management programs and corporate People & Culture policies, providing guidance and support to all staff, field staff, management, and frontline supervisors.
3. Talent Management:
- Implement best practices for employee recognition, performance management, and career development.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance organizational culture and retention.
4. Employee Relations:
- Support in designing and administering employee engagement surveys to gauge organizational health and drive improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and support managers in embracing Pitbull’s culture and values.
5. Training and Development:
- Assess the current and future training needs of all staff, field staff, management, and frontline supervisors.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance organizational skills and performance.
6. People & Culture Management:
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor department performance and implement strategies to enhance staff satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in People & Culture Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive People & Culture experience, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of employment law, labour relations, and People & Culture best practices.
- Proven track record of leading People & Culture initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
