$75,000 Human Resources Administrator Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC (remote work on Fridays)
Are you an organized HR professional who enjoys the administrative side of Human Resources? We're looking for an HR Administrator to join a collaborative HR team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys HR operations, data accuracy, and employee support, and is looking to build a long-term career in HR administration.
What We Offer 100% employer-paid group insurance 6% RRSP matching Employee share purchase plan 3+ weeks of vacation 37.5-hour workweek with flexible start times (begin as early as 7:00 a.m.; core hours are 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.) Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday, work from home Fridays
Requirements 2+ years of HR administration or related administrative experience Bilingual in English and French (at least functional in both) Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
What You'll Do Maintain employee records and HRIS (HRMS) data throughout the employee lifecycle Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and new hire orientation Support timekeeping, payroll-related administration, and HR reporting Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support Prepare reports, maintain data integrity, and assist with HR events and special projects
