About the role
Here at Avello, we’re looking for an individual to fill a hands-on, high-exposure role where you’ll be inside the hiring process from day one: working with candidates, supporting daily operations, and learning what it takes to build and scale a recruiting system. We're looking for a top performer who'll move into full-time recruiting responsibilities with training, mentorship, and increasing ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be involved in the real flow of the business, including Owning the candidate experience from the moment they walk in. Managing calendars and keeping the hiring process moving efficiently Preparing interview materials, badges, and onboarding documents Supporting office operations and internal coordination Helping organize team meetings, events, and Orientations Maintaining candidate tracking systems and internal records Assisting with administrative and bookkeeping tasks Gradually stepping into recruiting conversations and evaluations
