The motivating factor of the Board, staff, volunteers and donors is to practically express Christian faith and love wherever they are needed most.

Since 2020, the Ark has gained a vast number of programs and services in hopes to serve our community better! Previously, being well-known for nightly dinners, we now offer:

(Winter Interim Solution to Homelessness), began in November 2020, when a group of industry leaders in London, Ontario started a conversation regarding the ongoing struggles with properly supporting the homeless in our community. After receiving funding from the City of London, we have since moved from an Interim Solution, to an ongoing initiative to end homelessness in London. We continue to serve a population that has been turned away from many other services in our city.

We offer a low barrier approach in honoring safe housing as a human right. We empower our community members to identify their own needs, and believe that boundaries, respect and transparency are integral to any semblance of success! We value harm reduction, meeting people where they are at, low barrier approaches, safety, choice, compassion, and collaboration to contribute to the best possible outcomes for the community that we serve.
