Job ID: 26-19282 Job Title: Clinical Informatics with French Speaking Location: Fredericton, NB(Remote) Duration: 24 Months (possible extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD $90-95 per hour
Must Have: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare, including leadership roles in clinical operations, clinical informatics, digital health, or health system transformation, with responsibility for strategy, planning, or program delivery. Demonstrated experience (minimum 7 years) developing and implementing workforce planning strategies, staffing models, and/or organizational design within healthcare or large-scale transformation programs, including defining roles, team structures, and deployment approaches. Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) supporting large-scale CIS, EHR, EMR, or digital health transformation initiatives, including alignment of workforce, organizational models, or resource planning to implementation phases. Proven experience leading or coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and scaling of clinical or clinical informatics teams, including development of hiring strategies, candidate evaluation, and onboarding processes. Demonstrated experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments, including engagement with clinical leadership, Human Resources, and program teams, as well as facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement workforce readiness initiatives, including onboarding programs, training coordination, or resource deployment strategies, and to identify organizational risks, workforce constraints, or capacity gaps with associated mitigation approaches
Roles and Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience establishing or scaling a Clinical Informatics function, department, or program, including development of operating models, governance structures, and team design. Experience developing and implementing enterprise or provincial-level workforce strategies supporting large transformation initiatives, including phased workforce ramp-up and deployment models. Demonstrated experience developing role profiles, competency frameworks, career pathways, or professional development models for clinical or informatics resources. Proven experience designing and executing recruitment strategies and talent pipelines at scale, including sourcing from local, national, and/or international markets. Experience designing and delivering standardized onboarding programs and workforce readiness approaches, including orientation, training coordination, and integration of resources into teams and governance structures. Experience supporting clinical change management, adoption planning, or organizational readiness activities within CIS/EHR implementations or comparable transformation programs. Demonstrated experience working across multi-organization healthcare environments (e.g., multiple RHAs, government, or enterprise programs), including stakeholder alignment and coordination; experience in unionized environments and/or knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system. Candidate has bilingual capabilities in French and English — verbal and written proficiency required for stakeholder engagement, facilitation, documentation, and presentations. Previous experience working within a public health authority, with a strong understanding of the New Brunswick or broader Canadian public healthcare landscape, policies, and practices
