The Opportunity We are looking for a consultative, commercially-minded professional to lead executive search assignments across startups, scaleups, and high-growth organizations throughout North America.

You may come from executive search.

You may come from an advertising, marketing, media agency, consulting firm, digital agency, technology company, product organization, or client services environment.

What matters most is your ability to build trusted relationships, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and guide clients through important business decisions. In this role, you will:

• Lead retained assignments for founders, owners, senior executives, high-growth startups, scaleups and global brands from kickoff through signed offer • Facilitate discovery and stakeholder alignment sessions with founders, leadership teams, and key decision-makers • Help clients define leadership mandates, organizational priorities, success measures, team dynamics, and the capabilities required for growth • Conduct talent mapping, market research, competitive intelligence, and executive outreach across North America • Interview and assess senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Operations, Technology, AI, Innovation, Revenue, and Growth functions • Develop candidate assessments, search strategies, market insights, and executive search recommendations that help clients make informed hiring decisions • Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and candidates while managing the search process from discovery through offer acceptance • Present insights, challenge assumptions, and guide executive-level decision-making with confidence, credibility, and a consultative approach • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, client growth initiatives, and the continued evolution of our A-WAY™ framework

Who You Are You may have experience in: • Executive search or retained recruitment • Agency account management or client services • Strategy consulting • Product, digital, or technology consulting • Executive client management • Business transformation or growth consulting

You are someone who: • Builds trust quickly with founders and executives • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Thinks strategically and asks insightful questions • Can synthesize complex information into clear recommendations • Is naturally curious about businesses, people, and leadership • Is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders • Has strong commercial awareness and business judgment • Brings a point of view rather than simply taking orders • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving complex problems
