Your future duties and responsibilities
- Deliver training to both internal and external clients
-Provide training on payroll processes and business solutions (e.g., report generator, Record of -Employment, Human Resources, etc.)
- Select and apply instructional design models and learning theories to develop effective training programs
- Participate in the development and validation of various training materials (e.g., presentations, participant guides, trainer guides, procedures, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing training content
- Maintain training databases in alignment with new system features (production releases)
- Keep up to date with newly developed functionalities in applications
- Monitor and improve training quality through surveys, call monitoring, and performance analysis
- Collaborate in identifying training needs and participate in internal training initiatives
- Provide support to advisors on different applications
- Perform administrative tasks
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- College or university education in education, andragogy, human resources, accounting, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in training, skills development, payroll, or a related field
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience designing blended learning programs using various methods
- Strong consulting skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong ability to manage priorities, with good organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in French and English
- Demonstrates a high level of creativity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with computer tools
- Knowledge or proficiency with a learning platform
- Knowledge of payroll (asset)
Knowledge of payroll systems (Nethris or EmployeurD, an asset)
Customer service knowledge (asset)
CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each individual case. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000. This position is currently vacant.
