Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs. Establish work schedules. Hire and train staff. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Initiative. Reliability. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
