What the job involves

  • Chainlink Labs is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of our recruiting function
  • This role is responsible for ensuring hiring runs efficiently, consistently, and at high quality across a globally distributed team
  • You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Tech, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to build scalable, data-driven hiring frameworks and processes that support Chainlink Lab’s talent goals
  • This role is responsible for managing interview scheduling, owning and optimizing our recruiting tech and vendor strategy, and driving improvements in process, data, and documentation
  • You’ll also manage a team of Talent Coordinators, setting a high bar for candidate experience and operational excellence
  • Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience
  • Own end-to-end recruiting operations (scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and process consistency)
  • Manage and optimise ATS (we use Ashby) and broader talent systems with People Tech, ensuring data integrity and usability
  • Build and maintain clear, scalable documentation and hiring playbooks
  • Design and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership
  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to improve hiring workflows and best practices
  • Identify and implement tools or automation to improve operational effectiveness
  • Evaluate and manage recruiting vendors and tools
