About the role
Who you are
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent
- Deep sourcing expertise: fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools
- A data-driven mindset: you track response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance and use that data to improve
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage large pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful: you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told
- A growth mindset and a high standard: you care deeply about quality and are always looking to refine your craft
What the job involves
- We're looking for a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline that powers our Engineering team's growth. In this role you'll be a dedicated sourcing engine, focused on market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to surface world-class technical talent before anyone else does
- Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet both current and future hiring needs
- Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives
- Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles
- Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness
