Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and selection strategies. Design and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets. Conduct structured candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with both technical requirements and organizational culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on workforce planning, advising on hiring needs, market trends, and talent availability. Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, speed, and quality of hire. Stay current with industry trends in talent acquisition and apply best practices to strengthen hiring outcomes and employer branding. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on senior-level or specialized recruitment in competitive environments. Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding of high-caliber talent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trust with candidates and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools to manage pipelines and hiring workflows. Strong business acumen and ability to translate workforce needs into actionable hiring strategies. High emotional intelligence, with a strong ability to engage candidates and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the process.
