At ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg, we help people through some of the most stressful situations they'll ever face. When disaster strikes, the first person many customers speak to is us.

We're looking for an Office Coordinator who can provide a welcoming customer experience, keep our office running smoothly, and help create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

This is more than an administrative role. You'll be the face of our office, the first point of contact for customers, and an important part of our team culture.

What You'll Do

Handle First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls with empathy, professionalism, and urgency. Welcome customers, visitors, and team members with a positive attitude. Coordinate office administration, job files, and documentation. Support project teams with administrative, customer service and compliance tasks. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office coordination. Help organise employee events, celebrations, and recognition programs. Support onboarding activities and help create a positive employee experience. Assist with social media, recruiting initiatives, and company communications. What We're Looking For

Outstanding customer service and communication skills. A positive, friendly personality and genuine desire to help others. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Experience in administration, customer service, reception, hospitality, or office coordination. Assets That Will Set You Apart

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property claims. Experience with social media or content creation. Experience coordinating events, employee engagement, or recognition programs. Why Work With Us

Competitive compensation based on experience. Company-paid benefits for qualifying employees. Ongoing training and development opportunities. Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility. A supportive team environment where people genuinely enjoy working together. Meaningful work helping customers recover from unexpected property damage. About ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg

We restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind following water, fire, mould, and other property damage losses. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting customers through some of life's most challenging moments.
