About the role
Human resources are all about putting people at the heart of the organization. In this role based in Saint-Jérôme, you will have the opportunity to play a key and hands-on role within the HR department, with a strong focus on labour relations. You will be at the center of interactions between managers and employees, in an environment where collaboration, proximity, and team spirit truly make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and participate in workforce planning.
- Act as a resource person for employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
- Oversee labour relations in a unionized environment, including interpreting the collective agreement and handling certain disciplinary cases and grievances.
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Participate in performance management, salary reviews, and the development of HR policies.
- Manage occupational health and safety (OHS), disability, and benefits files.
- Validate and follow up on payroll using ADP.
- Produce various HR reports and metrics.
- Participate in organizing corporate activities and contribute to the employee experience.
- Perform any other related duties associated with the position.

Requirements:
- DEC in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- On-site presence required in Saint-Jérôme, 5 days per week.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ADP payroll system.
- Knowledge of Nethris system (an asset).
- Experience in labour relations within a unionized environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- CRHA/CRIA designation (an asset).
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Status: Permanent
