Job Description Full-cycle recruitment Own end-to-end recruitment for an agreed portfolio of professional and managerial roles Lead intake conversations, structure assessments, and drive hiring decisions with leaders Ensure every hire aligns with Techo-Bloc's values, culture, and long-term vision Sourcing & talent attraction Lead proactive sourcing efforts for your own roles and provide sourcing support to fellow recruiters on the team — building pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-priority positions Identify and engage passive candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and targeted outreach Share sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and candidate insights with the broader TA team to raise collective capability Use AI tools to craft compelling job postings and personalised candidate messaging Leverage social platforms and digital tools to reach talent beyond traditional job boards Strategic partnering Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role design and market insights Help leaders think beyond immediate needs — recruiting with succession in mind Support internal mobility and identify high-potential talent for future roles Qualifications 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience Proven track record recruiting professional or managerial roles Strong ability to build rapport with hiring managers and influence without authority Bilingual in French and English (English required to serve clients and employees outside Quebec and in the U.S.) Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time capacity Genuine passion for people, culture, and long-term impact Additional Information A collaborative HR team of 12+ professionals across Canada and the U.S. Real autonomy — own your work and bring your ideas to life Meaningful impact on teams, culture, and the future of a growing company A positive, energetic environment where people work hard and enjoy the journey
