WeTransact is looking for an HR Manager to join our growing team.
Your Mission Rebuilding How Performance Works: We run three review touchpoints a year and we want monthly one to ones with quarterly cycles. Career development conversations are the next thing to build. You design all of it, then make it stick with the managers who have to run it. Turning People Data Into Decisions: Quarterly pulse, exit data, engagement at +75 and intent to stay at 4.7 out of 5. Strong numbers, and today they get read rather than acted on. You make them change something. Building the Tools : Consolidate and structure our HR tech stack to deliver best in class employee experience. Owning the Employee Experience: Onboarding, performance, development, offboarding. You own the whole journey end to end, not a stage of it. Compounding with AI: Process design, policy drafting, pulse analysis, people analytics. This isn't a perk we offer, it's how we operate.
What We're Looking For +5 years in HR at a company of 50 to 300, owning onboarding, employee relations and performance cycles rather than supporting them. Employee relations depth. Terminations, complaints, and the manager who wants to fire someone they should coach. Comfortable telling a director their team is underperforming, and specific about which part. You configure your own tools instead of waiting on IT. Daily, instinctive use of AI tools. Fluent English, our working language across 15 countries. Recruiting coordination experience does not substitute for HR generalist depth.
