About the Role   Clark Hill PLC is seeking a is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Manager or Senior Manager of Partner Recruitment for its Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C. office. Candidates who are interested in a Clark Hill office not listed should indicate such in their cover letter and apply for the Pittsburgh office.  The Partner Recruitment Manager oversees the full lifecycle of lateral partner recruitment. This firmwide role works with the Director of Legal Recruitment, firm leadership, business unit leadership, and office Members in Charge to support strategic growth and hiring initiatives. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of being in the office three days per week.      Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle lateral partner recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, due diligence, evaluation, offer, and onboarding stages;
  • Work with the Director of Legal Recruitment, Chief Growth Officer, Business Unit Directors and Leaders, and Members in Charge to identify hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and attract top partner-level talent;
  • Advise hiring leaders on best practices related to developing role profiles, interviewing, and delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience;
  • Serve as a point of contact for lateral partner candidates and external search firms, ensuring a professional, responsive, and seamless recruitment process;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external search firms to identify qualified partner candidates and cultivate long-term talent pipelines;
  • Design and oversee effective strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating a highly qualified and diverse pool of partner candidates;
  • Contribute to and promote the firm’s employment brand to enhance its ability to attract high-quality, high-performing legal talent in competitive markets;
  • Leverage recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics to drive efficient and effective sourcing, recruitment, and reporting processes; and
  • Supervise and support junior recruiting staff, including coordinators and specialists.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years legal recruiting experience, with at least two years of lateral partner recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions;
  • Strong knowledge of legal recruitment strategies, talent market dynamics, and assessment methodologies;
  • Familiarity with current legal recruitment and HR technologies and tools; and
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.

Preferred Skills

  • A track record of excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent computer skills utilizing all aspects of Office 365;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume and diverse workload while handling multiple tasks at one time with exceptional organizational skills; and
  • Must have sound judgment and business acumen when interacting with clients, potential clients, guests, coworkers, and others.

Pay Range and Compensation Package   The salary range at the time of posting is $130,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
