About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting existing and prospective clients by providing exceptional service and product knowledge. You will work with multiple clients throughout the day, handling inquiries, explaining policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Responsibilities

Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility for clients. Handle incoming customer service calls efficiently and professionally. Dispatch incoming customer phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel. Accept customer calls and promptly return calls as needed. Respond to client requests for coverage options while representing their best interests. Create and explain individualized policies using our Needs Analysis system to ensure clients understand their options. Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring accurate information dissemination. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling efficiency. Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skills related to our products and services.
