Through configurable systems and tailored support, we assist plan members, sponsors, and administrators. Our services also include consulting on pension plan design and administration, and we act as a fiduciary administrator for many plans across Canada.

You'll leverage your extensive experience in retirement and savings plan administration and actuarial services to deliver strategic advice, expert analysis, and effective risk management solutions. Your deep knowledge of complex mathematical models and statistical analysis will excel here as you assess and quantify risks for defined benefit pension plans, helping clients offer the best retirement plans to their participants.

Your Responsibilities
Help with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration. Take part in the production and verification of related work. Train and coach team members Communicate and track the budget. Build clients’ satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees. Support the team in carrying out a variety of special projects. Suggest ways of improving our processes.
Core Qualifications
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training Exceptional team spirit Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail Well-organized and resourceful Good communication and collaborative skills Highly developed customer service skills Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
