[English version will follow] LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯 Sous la supervision de la Partenaire d'affaires RH (HRBP), le ou la stagiaire en ressources humaines contribuera aux activités quotidiennes du département des ressources humaines. Le projet principal du stage consistera à soutenir l'organisation dans ses démarches de conformité à la Loi 25, notamment par la révision, l'optimisation et la digitalisation des dossiers du personnel. Soutien aux opérations RH Soutenir la HRBP dans la gestion quotidienne des activités RH Répondre aux demandes courantes des employés et assurer le suivi administratif requis Participer à la mise à jour et au maintien des dossiers employés et des systèmes RH Préparer différents documents RH (lettres, attestations, communications internes, etc.) Conformité et gouvernance RH (projet principal du stage) Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des exigences de la Loi 25 Participer au projet de digitalisation et d'optimisation des dossiers du personnel Veiller au respect des pratiques internes en matière de confidentialité et de protection des renseignements personnels Tâches connexes Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe liée aux activités du département des ressources humaines TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯 Under the supervision of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), the Human Resources Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The primary objective of the internship will be to assist the organization in its compliance efforts with Quebec's Law 25, including the review, optimization, and digitization of employee personnel files. Human Resources Operations Support Support the HRBP in the daily management of HR activities Respond to routine employee inquiries and ensure appropriate administrative follow-up Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR information systems Prepare various HR documents, including letters, employment confirmations, and internal communications
HR Compliance and Governance (Primary Internship Project) Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Law 25 compliance requirements Participate in the digitization and optimization of employee personnel files Help ensure adherence to internal policies regarding confidentiality and the protection of personal information
Additional Responsibilities Perform any other related duties in support of the Human Resources department as assigned
