Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Compensation Analyst/CCP. Pay rate range (CAD): $43.56/hr – $52.27/hr
Responsibilities
Develop and support compensation recommendations and solutions for the business units. Assist with the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation policies and programs. Support execution of plan design, evaluation, and administration. Prepare detailed compensation analytics and models for cyclical and ad hoc projects. Conduct market research, interpret data, and support market intelligence cycles. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support compensation initiatives. Assist with the approval process of incentive plans and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
Desired Skill-Set
Post-secondary education in HR, finance, or related field. HRPA certification or CCP designation is an asset. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compensation. Advanced Excel skills; super user proficiency required. Experience with market intelligence data and compensation analysis. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-starter with a creative approach to process improvement.
Nice to Have
HRPA or CCP designation. Experience working in a financial services environment. Awareness of Gallagher compensation systems and tools. Experience supporting executive-level projects. Knowledge of compensation design and incentive plan administration.
