As a Talent Acquisition & Talent Sourcing Team Lead, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that attract top talent across North America. Your goal will be to work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Compensation, and external partners, to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for both full-time and seasonal hiring needs. Utilize, evaluate, and optimize sourcing tools, technologies, and recruitment channels to drive cost efficiencies and build robust talent pipelines across the organization. Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to maintain a company-wide social sourcing strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Glassdoor, and emerging talent attraction channels. Monitor and manage sourcing expenditures, continuously seeking opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness and reduce enterprise-wide recruitment costs. Research, evaluate, and recommend new sourcing technologies, job boards, social platforms, and recruitment methodologies to enhance talent acquisition outcomes. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including search firms, non-government organizations, government-sponsored employment agencies, and workforce development organizations. Lead and support talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives that enhance organizational recruitment capabilities. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Sourcing Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, continuous improvement, and achieving hiring objectives. Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Sourcing Specialists throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Monitor recruitment performance metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, offer acceptance rates, and recruiter productivity, implementing actions to improve outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement. Your Experience Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing, Marketing, or a combination of these areas. Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle Ability to lead projects, programs, and change initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The expected salary range for this position is $78,048 - $121,754. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
