About the role
YOUR CHALLENGES : Manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide variety of positions, from defining the need to supporting the onboarding of the selected candidate. Act as an advisory partner to managers by understanding their realities, workforce challenges and required profiles. Develop attraction strategies adapted to hard-to-fill roles, market realities and operational needs. Ensure a professional, human and efficient candidate experience, even in a context where priorities may shift quickly. Actively contribute to promoting St-Albert Cheese as an employer of choice through creative, targeted and digitally adapted recruitment approaches. Build and maintain talent pipelines, as well as partnerships with schools, employability organizations and relevant networks. Participate in HR projects related to employer branding, employee experience, onboarding, process improvement and internal initiatives. Bring ideas forward, structure follow-ups and help evolve our practices in a stimulating, people-focused and fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU HAVE: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field; Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar HR role; Ability to manage several recruitment files simultaneously with rigour, judgment and strong prioritization skills; Comfort advising managers, asking the right questions and recommending realistic and effective approaches; Strong interest in talent attraction, employer branding, social media, sourcing and candidate experience; Excellent communication skills, people skills and ability to build trust with candidates, managers and external partners; Autonomy, initiative, creativity and ability to adapt in an environment where challenges are constantly evolving; Comfort with computer tools, Excel, applicant tracking systems and digital platforms; Interest in working in a manufacturing, food production and cooperative environment; Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
