Movable Ink’s People Team is looking for a strategic, hands-on Associate Director of Recruiting to lead our growing hiring needs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing full-cycle recruiting across the company in 6 global markets. You will lead a small recruiting team and partner directly with hiring leaders to understand their needs to build thoughtful, effective hiring strategies. You will balance moving quickly with bringing on quality hires, while creating a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers. By leveraging data, feedback, and problem-solving, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent that drives Movable Ink’s success. You will partner directly with the Sr. Director on reporting, recruiting strategy, and creating key metrics. This is a true player-coach role responsible for team oversight and will also be responsible for recruiting roles directly. Responsibilities: Oversee a small recruiting team responsible for recruiting all functions in 6 regions (US, Canada, Costa Rica, UK, Germany and Australia) Identify and hold the team accountable to quality of hire and key recruiting metrics Oversee the end-to end recruiting process serving as a strategic partner by deeply understanding business goals and team dynamics to align hiring strategies accordingly Develop and execute creative, tailored sourcing strategies leveraging broad market knowledge to attract and engage high-quality, diverse candidate pools Advise and coach hiring managers and team-members on recruitment best practices, interview frameworks, and candidate assessment to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions Manage and oversee candidate experience meticulously, from outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, ensuring seamless communication and process efficiency. Leverage recruitment data and metrics to identify and address pipeline bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and adjust strategies proactively across the portfolio of requisitions Play a substantial role in People team initiatives that drive recruiting process enhancements, technology adoption, and scalability Serve as a trusted advisor on complex hiring challenges, offering independent and innovative solutions that balance speed, quality, and inclusivity Lead teammates on best practices and drive new processes and approaches to improving candidate experience and hiring efficiency Qualifications: At least 10+ years of fast-paced, high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple global markets 4+ years managing a team of full cycle recruiters Proven record of independently managing a broad range of roles and collaborating at senior leadership levels Expertise in sourcing and teaching others to source diverse and hard-to-fill roles using advanced techniques and tools Strong consultative and partnership skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders Deep knowledge of labor markets and recruiting trends, including global recruiting compliance and cultural nuances Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Gem, Juicebox, or equivalent sourcing and recruiting tools Experience building and executing recruiting staffing and metrics models Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a dynamic, scaling environment Strong attention to detail and high bar for excellence The base pay range for this position is $165,000-$215,000 CAD/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
