Étudiant(e) coop, Ressources humaines (session d’automne 2026) Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) étudiant(e) talentueux(se), énergique et soucieux(se) du détail pour se joindre à notre département des ressources humaines à compter de septembre 2026. La période de travail prendra fin en décembre 2026. Possibilité d’un mandat de 8 mois. Dans ce rôle, vous participerez à diverses activités liées aux ressources humaines, notamment le recrutement, l’intégration des employés et la gestion de la main-d’œuvre. Cet environnement d’apprentissage dynamique et concret vous permettra de développer vos compétences et de participer directement aux opérations de l’entreprise. Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) à temps plein, disponible en présentiel, qui doit acquérir une expérience professionnelle dans le cadre des exigences de son programme d’études. Responsabilités : Fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe des ressources humaines; Appuyer l’équipe RH dans l’organisation des activités de formation et d’autres événements destinés aux employés; Participer au processus de recrutement, y compris l’affichage des postes et l’envoi des invitations aux entrevues; Participer à la mise en œuvre, à la saisie de données et à la mise à jour des rapports RH et d’autres outils administratifs afin de faciliter le suivi des différents programmes offerts aux employés; Participer à l’administration des différents programmes offerts aux employés; Répondre aux demandes d’information des employés, puis proposer des options et/ou des solutions, incluant l’orientation vers les ressources appropriées au besoin; Gérer les dossiers physiques et électroniques des employés et administrer les changements dans le SIRH; Rédiger des lettres destinées aux employés en collaboration avec les conseillers et partenaires d’affaires en ressources humaines; Rédiger des lettres de confirmation d’emploi pour les employés; Rédiger et diffuser des communications internes en français et en anglais. Qualifications : DEC ou baccalauréat en cours dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou de l’administration des affaires; Doit satisfaire aux exigences d’un programme d’enseignement coopératif offert par un établissement admissible; Compétences administratives avancées, avec une connaissance approfondie de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Grand souci du détail, avec la capacité de gérer efficacement plusieurs dossiers simultanément; Excellent sens de l’organisation, de la priorisation et de la gestion du temps; Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais), avec de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite, ainsi que du tact et de la diplomatie; La connaissance de l’espagnol est un atout; Solides compétences interpersonnelles; personne autonome faisant preuve d’une solide éthique de travail; Capacité à gérer des données hautement confidentielles avec discrétion; Les candidat(e)s doivent avoir accès à un véhicule pour se rendre au lieu de travail; Il s’agit d’un poste en présentiel.

Co-op Student, Human Resources (Fall Term 2026) We are looking for a talented, energetic, and detail-oriented student to join our Human Resources department starting September 2026. Work term will end in December 2026. Possibility of 8-month term. If you are a proactive, results-oriented team player, you will thrive in our collaborative environment. In this role, you will participate in various human resources activities, including recruitment, employee integration, and workforce management. This dynamic and experiential learning environment will allow you to develop your skills and participate in hands-on business operations. We are looking for a full-time, in-person student who requires professional experience as part of their educational program requirements. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR team; Support the HR team in organizing training activities and other events for employees; Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview invitations Participate in the implementation, data entry and updating of HR reports and other administrative tools to facilitate the monitoring of the various programs offered to employees; Participate in the administration of the various programs offered to employees; Respond to employee requests for information, then provide options and/or solutions that include referral to appropriate resources for support; Manage physical and electronic employee files and administer any changes via HRMS; Write letters to employees in collaboration with human resources advisors and business partners. Write employment confirmation letters for employees Write and distribute internal communications in French and English Qualifications: DEC or Bachelor's degree in progress in the field of human resources or business administration Must meet the requirements of a cooperative education program offered by a qualifying institution Advanced administrative skills, with in-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Strong attention to detail, with the ability to successfully manage multiple files simultaneously; Great sense of organization, prioritization and time management; Bilingualism is essential (French and English), with strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrates tact and diplomacy; Knowledge of Spanish is a plus Strong interpersonal skills; A self-starter with strong work ethic Ability to manage highly confidential data, discretion; Candidates must have access to a vehicle to get to the workplace.
